Running load tests without checking the content of the received web pages at runtime invalidates the test results. Many web servers report internal errors by delivering valid web pages in which the error messages are embedded as formatted HTML text. Therefore, Proxy Sniffer applies automatically a configurable heuristic content-test algorithm per URL call which detects under load malformed web pages by comparing them to fragments of the originally recorded data. Comparing the content with variables from input files and from session parameters is also supported. |
